Value-driven Operations, Resources & Applications

V
Value-driven

Transactions post to the ledger as they are entered. No overnight batch to wait for — value is visible the moment it exists.

O
Operations

Finance, stock, sales, purchasing, people and projects — every operation of the business, in one system.

R
Resources

One set of records shared by all modules. A change made anywhere is visible everywhere, immediately.

A
Applications

Each business area runs as its own service — scaled independently, deployed without stopping the others.

Sphere — a complete ecosystem. Everything connected in one environment: one system replacing spreadsheets and separate point tools.

Built like it has to be trusted

01
One database per tenant

Every customer gets its own database, created automatically at signup, with a login that belongs only to them. Isolation is physical, not a filter — and tenants can be placed on different servers by region.

02
Connections that prove themselves

Each database is stamped with a unique identity code at creation. The platform checks it on every connection and refuses a mismatch, so a misconfigured server can never point one customer at another's data.

03
Configured, not coded

Screens, custom fields and approval workflows are configuration. Rules are versioned and can be rolled back, and every change to a record lands in the audit log — what changed, and who changed it.

04
Events, not polling

Business events publish as they happen, delivered in order and exactly once. Other systems subscribe instead of polling, and failures stay contained per tenant.

How a tenant comes alive

From signup to a sealed database — no engineer involved

The customer signs up on a web form, verifies their email address and chooses a plan. No engineer is involved at any point.

A database is born

The system creates their database on its own, with a dedicated login that cannot reach any other tenant's data.

Sealed and stamped

The database is stamped with a unique identity code, checked every time a connection opens. Each tenant signs in on its own web address.

The browser never holds an access token — only a session cookie. Every token records its tenant, cross-tenant tokens are refused, and roles are assigned per branch, not just per company.

The module sphere

Turn on only what you need

All modules share one set of records. A change in one is visible in the others immediately.
