[ 01 — Our story ]

Started with a stubborn idea.

pepbits started in 2021 because the founders were tired of building the same things from scratch for every customer — auth, audit, billing, dashboards, support inboxes. We bundled them into a small set of opinionated products and a sharp services arm that helps companies adopt and extend them.

Today we run six products across healthcare, ERP, knowledge and customer experience, and a services team that ships custom Spring Boot, cloud and AI work for companies that need senior engineering without the bureaucracy.

We believe in long-term ownership: when we ship something, we stay around to see it working in production. No throw-it-over-the-fence consulting.

    pepbits founded

    Started as a two-person consultancy building back-office tools for clinics and small enterprises.

  2. 2022

    First healthcare SaaS

    Our first healthcare product goes live — practice management for clinics, and the beginning of the platform work that became AllyVora.

  3. 2024

    ERP and knowledge

    Expanded beyond healthcare into ERP and knowledge management, the work that became VoraSphere.

  4. 2026

    AI-native products

    All pepbits products now ship with native AI assistants, retrieval and workflow agents.
